Track Team Takes 2nd at Neligh

The boys' track team brought home the runner-up trophy from the Neligh Invite on Tuesday. We finally had decent weather to compete and the kids took advantage of it. We were able to establish some personal records which was good, but came up six points short on our team goal of first place.

Team Standings: Ewing- 86, Plainview-80, Lindsay HF- 75, Neligh-75, Pope John- 62, Elgin-55, Newman Grove-NA, Osmond-NA, Tilden EV -NA, Humphrey NA

Individual results:

Triple Jump:   1st  Lucas Sirek     42-2

Shot Put:  3rd   Ethan Pellatz   43-2

High Jump:  4th  Lucas Sirek   5-4

Long Jump:  1st  Darren Forbes  19-9       3rd Derek White   18-6 1/2
