Youth Basketball Camp
Launch the media gallery 1 playerThe Plainview High School Boys Basketball team hosted the 2014 Plainview Youth camp this week. The camp ran on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 8:00 to 10:00 in the morning. This camp focused on basketball fundamentals including dribbling, shooting, passing, and many other essential skills for a developing basketball player. Skills development included many mini competitions as well as 5 on 5 development. All Plainview students entering 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th grade were encouraged to participate. Each camper was given a camp t-shirt with the registration fee of 25 dollars. All camp profits went to paying for the Plainview Boys High School Summer league which is taking place in Norfolk this year. Coach Janata and Coach Mosel would like to thank everyone who participated this year.
