The team had 14 out of 18 finalist. Quote from head coach Mrs.Schindler “Naturally, we were pleased to have so many finalists, but then again, that was our goal. We believe our kids are loaded with talent, and as they continue to polish their performances, we think they ALL have potential to be medalists. Although this contest wasn’t as big as others--10 teams were in attendance—we definitely saw some high-quality competition all day long. Lots of great stuff. I saw several performances whom I would expect to be state-qualifying material. In the end, we did suffer a few disappointments in how we were ranked in finals. However, the kids keep their eyes focused on the future, as they continue to work toward their goals.”
