FCCLA Easter Egg Hunt set for April 1st
The FCCLA Plainview Community Easter Egg Hunt has been set for Saturday, April 1, at 10:30 am. The event will be held at the Plainview Elementary School Playground. Please meet in front of the elementary school. As there is no alternative site, the hunt will be held, if possible, even if it is very cold, raining, or snowing. The Easter Bunny will be present throughout the event assisting the children and will be available for photo opportunities. The children will be separated into age groups for the hunt: infant-3 years, 4-6 years, and 7 years and up. Following the hunt, prizes will be given to each child. Prior to leaving, parents are reminded to empty the eggs and put them back together so the eggs can be used in following years. A special thank you goes out to Mahaska for donating the Hog Wash and Cash-WA for donating all the candy! FCCLA members will give each child a prize. Questions concerning the Easter Egg Hunt can be directed to Ronita Jacobsen at the High School (402) 582-4991.
